Peanut Butter Mousse
Creamy peanut butter mousse that you can have everyday. This recipe was actually made for me by a former coworker on my birthday with strawberries to dip. Since then I have had it as my afternoon power snack many many times. Add cocoa powder for a chocolate take.
PBFit or PB2 are used in this recipe rather than real nut butter because it lends to a way creamier and smoother mouse.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
2-4 tablespoons BP2 or PBfit
stevia or maple syrup (1-2 teaspoons)
